Job Summary
PeopleCare Health Services is seeking a skilled Companion Care Provider to join our team. This is a $40,000 - $55,000 per year opportunity to provide personalized care services to individuals in need of non-medical home care. As a Companion Care Provider, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Companion Care Provider, you will provide companionship, homemaking, and personal care services to clients in their homes. You will work independently, but as part of a larger team, to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities
• Provide companionship, homemaking, and personal care services to clients in their homes
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Recognize the importance of a clean, healthy environment and take measures to maintain it
• Protect and respect client confidentiality, maintaining personal health information according to policy
• Complete requisite paperwork and documentation on time and accurately
• Attend applicable training and communicate other training needs to office staff
• Follow agency policies and procedures
• Communicate with office personnel on client needs and assist in coordinating care with family members
