The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and enjoy a flexible schedule while caring for and providing comfort to our aging population. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, with growth potential into management positions.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide primary care and preventative services to patients in assigned care facilities
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and administration at each facility
  • Work with community primary care physicians

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME) reimbursement, 15 days of paid time off (PTO), and life insurance. Additionally, we provide mileage reimbursement.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with relevant experience in geriatric care. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
