Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at S and T Bank. As a key member of our regional satellite offices, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support to assigned financial services customers.
  • Process paperwork and maintain files for customer accounts.
  • Assist financial advisors with appointments, marketing materials, and office supplies.
  • Operate PC equipment and assist with preparation for customer meetings.
  • Maintain and update the Ameriprise CRM Salesforce with meeting notes and client activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank employees and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent basic academic education.
  • One to two years of general and specialized experience, preferably in financial services.
Physical Demands:
  • Operate a keypad device 80% of the day.
  • Operate office equipment 10% of the day.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
