  • Client Engagement:
    Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the project duration. Build and sustain robust client relationships, promptly addressing any inquiries or challenges.
  • Team Management:
    Inspire and guide project teams to meet objectives and targets. Assign responsibilities, provide guidance, and support team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control:
    Establish quality assurance protocols to guarantee that workmanship meets or surpasses industry benchmarks. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify and rectify any shortcomings or deviations from project specifications.
  • Risk Assessment:
    Recognize potential challenges and devise strategies to mitigate project interruptions and delays. Address issues proactively as they emerge and communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project leadership within the construction sector.
Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
A proven history of successfully managing medium to large-scale electrical projects.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to prioritize tasks, oversee multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
