Catalyst Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Outpatient Clinics. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, staffing, and training of clinical staff, as well as supervising and overseeing the performance of our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage clinical staff, including Certified Medical Assistants and LVNs, to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve clinic efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure seamless onboarding of new physicians and adequate staffing levels.
- Track and maintain certifications, licensures, and continuing education requirements for clinical staff.
- Prepare and maintain clinical staffing schedules and arrange for call coverage.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- LVN licensure required; CPR certification preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in a healthcare environment, with 5+ years' experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
