Worship Ministry Director

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Worship Ministry Director to lead our music worship ministry at Boulevard Park Church.

• Provide leadership and guidance to our music worship team, ensuring high-quality worship experiences for our congregation.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive worship strategy, aligning with the church's vision and values.
• Recruit, train, and mentor worship team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal worship services, including Christmas and Easter.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to maintain the order of worship and ensure seamless execution of weekend services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest worship trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our worship experiences.

• Mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrating a strong biblical foundation.
• Sound biblical theology and a deep understanding of reformed soteriology.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Competency in organizing and leading a worship team, with experience in ProPresenter and Planning Center a plus.
• Alignment with Boulevard Park Church's statement of faith.
