Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering second-level technical support to our customers and branch offices.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve product-related application issues within the scope of second-level support
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and development departments
- Conduct product installations at customer sites and provide support during setup
- Assist sales teams and customers in understanding solution applications and diagnosing product-level issues and root causes
- Conduct testing and analysis: plan, develop, and assess applications for testing purposes
- Document test setups and results
- Plan and coordinate national and international training sessions, workshops, and user training sessions
- Provide support and guidance to customers at trade fairs
- Collaborate and support project teams, including System Engineers and System Test Engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of sensor technology and its applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently resolve conflicts
- Open-minded, team-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and eager to acquire new skills and advance in the role
