Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering second-level technical support to our customers and branch offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve product-related application issues within the scope of second-level support
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and development departments
  • Conduct product installations at customer sites and provide support during setup
  • Assist sales teams and customers in understanding solution applications and diagnosing product-level issues and root causes
  • Conduct testing and analysis: plan, develop, and assess applications for testing purposes
  • Document test setups and results
  • Plan and coordinate national and international training sessions, workshops, and user training sessions
  • Provide support and guidance to customers at trade fairs
  • Collaborate and support project teams, including System Engineers and System Test Engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of sensor technology and its applications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently resolve conflicts
  • Open-minded, team-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and eager to acquire new skills and advance in the role
