Responsibilities: Deliver second-level technical support to both local and international customers and branch offices.Resolve product-related application issues within the scope of second-level support.Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and development departments.Conduct product installations at customer sites and provide support during setup.Assist sales teams and customers in understanding solution applications and diagnosing product-level issues and root causes.Conduct testing and analysis: Plan, develop, and assess applications for testing purposes.Perform tests on competitors' and ifm devices.Conduct feasibility studies and lab tests relevant to applications. Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for ifm products.Document test setups and results. Training and Trade Fairs: Plan and coordinate national and international training sessions, workshops, and user training sessions.Provide support and guidance to customers at trade fairs. Collaboration in Teams, Projects, and Departments: Collaborate and support project teams, including System Engineers and System Test Engineers.Support and coordinate customer requirements related to applications.Act as an interface to Technical and Product Managers.Engage in international interdepartmental development projects closely.Provide technical guidance to project teams on application-related topics.Advocate for customer perspectives within project teams. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.In-depth knowledge of sensor technology and its applications.Willingness to travel.Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently resolve conflicts.Open-minded, team-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and eager to acquire new skills and advance in the role.
