Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist Lead to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for leading a team of technologists and ensuring the efficient operation of our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of radiologic technologists and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Applied Associate's degree in Radiological Technology or related field.
  • Current registry in Radiology Technology and relevant modality certifications (e.g. CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a general radiographer or 6 months as a certified specialist.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiology or Science.
  • Experience in a leadership role or supervisory position.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
