We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become a vital part of our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
  • Support residents in various tasks such as communication, laundry, and mail delivery.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with meal preparation.
  • Remind residents to take their medications as prescribed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure a safe environment.
  • Facilitate dining experiences, including escorting residents and assisting with serving meals.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and companionship with residents.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course is necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents.
  • Commitment to treating seniors with dignity and respect.
  • Willingness to participate in orientation and training programs.
