Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Analyst III to join our team at MultiPlan. This role is responsible for the electronic setup, testing, and go-live of IT projects involving client claims processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests to access MultiPlan Products and customize their utilization using EDI and Web Services claims processing workflows.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, building positive relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts.
  • Coordinate IT deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper setup of systems supporting file transfer and claims processing.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis to resolve potential issues before rolling clients into production.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical production or applications support role.
  • At least 3 years of experience with EDI or similar file transfer protocols.
  • Solid understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing, including FTP, EDI, and Web Services/XML transactions.
  • Advanced ability to create SQL queries utilizing multiple tables and datasets to analyze EDI data within an Oracle database.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
