Housekeeper/Laundry Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeper/Laundry Specialist. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including laundry facilities and storage areas
  • Ensure all areas of the spa are clean and sanitized, paying particular attention to high-touch areas and damp/moist areas
  • Operate laundry equipment and maintain a high level of cleanliness in the laundry area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
