Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a spotless environment, including floors, powder rooms, and other high-touch areas
  • Ensuring all areas, especially damp and moist areas, are treated with extra care
  • Greeting each guest with a smile and providing exceptional customer service
  • Communicating frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
  • Ensuring clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
