Solvere One, a top-level brand focusing on network security and proactive management solutions, is seeking highly qualified applicants to perform Senior Network Engineer work for our clients.

We provide executive level, white-glove support. Therefore, applicants need to multi-task duties and prioritize according to client needs and schedules.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with principals, owners, and key stakeholders in client organizations, understanding technology business drivers in client organizations, and aligning client technology to standards and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding technology business drivers in client organizations.
  • Aligning client technology to standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Technology Roadmap / Budget Planning.
  • Educating clients on technology trends and opportunities.
  • Technical business consulting.
  • Working with clients and internal teams on support escalations.
  • Working with clients and internal teams on project scoping and management.
  • Regularly communicating with assigned accounts, setting expectations, and negotiating priorities.
  • Recognizing and identifying systemic issues and communicating recommendations for remediation to support team.
  • Participating in Project Management Process.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible IT Management. Prior client management or service provider experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Additional technical or industry certifications a plus.
