Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy and treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and SOAP notes.
- Efficiently manage time between direct therapy sessions and administrative duties.
- Conduct research related to speech and language challenges.
- Participate in quarterly staff meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Speech Pathology or a Bachelor's in Communication Disorders with a valid California SLPA license.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit, along with strong organizational skills.
