Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support students with speech and language disorders in a high school setting. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with a Speech Language Pathologist to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments and therapy sessions, and monitor student progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Speech Language Pathologist to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and therapy sessions to identify and address speech and language disorders.
  • Help students practice and develop speech and language skills through individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain therapy materials and stay up-to-date on best practices in speech and language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with speech and language disorders.
  • Knowledge of therapy techniques and best practices in speech and language pathology.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
