Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific background with a focus on study design and data analysis, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, engineering, or a related field with 7 years of experience in biotech/diagnostics; or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience; or a PhD with 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Technical Expertise: A creative and practical approach to troubleshooting assays, with a proven track record of managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
3. Leadership Skills: Experience in guiding and mentoring junior scientists, along with strong project management capabilities.
4. Laboratory Proficiency: Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with extensive hands-on laboratory experience, particularly in validating NGS or molecular biology assays.
5. Communication Skills: A clear communicator with a collaborative spirit, eager to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
Joining SAGA Diagnostics means becoming part of a team dedicated to developing and optimizing advanced workflows for genomic diagnostics. You will have the autonomy and resources to excel in your role, contributing to the growth and direction of our RTP site.
