The National Docketing Association is seeking a skilled Paralegal Specialist to join its team in the clean energy revolution. As part of the DOE Clean Energy Corps, you will be working alongside talented individuals committed to public service and dedicated to supercharging the clean energy revolution.

Major Responsibilities:
- This position covers administrative and management work, including providing analyses, interpretations, and opinions to assigned Department of Energy offices on various cases and issues.
- You will represent the DOE in meetings with peers and management officials, serving under the direction of a supervisor or senior attorneys on important intra-agency and interagency task forces.
- As a Paralegal Specialist, you will perform legal research and provide recommendations based on the legal principles involved, reviewing and commenting on legislation, rulemaking, and regulatory activities of the DOE or other agencies.
- You will draft legal policies and procedures for use in the DOE.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the qualifications specified above. This position is announced under a government-wide Direct Hire Authority (DHA) for Paralegal Specialist positions in the GS-0950 series.
