Yacht After Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our Aftersales division at Yachts & Yachting Club. The successful candidate will support the Aftersales manager in various tasks that include customer and supplier communication, spare parts ordering, administrative responsibilities, and the management of yacht and motorboat logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with warranty and after sales processes for both sail and power vessels.
- Engage directly with customers and manufacturers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries regarding spare parts and manage their procurement.
- Oversee the intake and distribution of goods in our inventory.
- Maintain accurate digital records of warranties and spare parts.
- Conduct local inspections of vessels for warranty assessments.
- Facilitate the delivery and movement of yachts and motorboats.
Essential Requirements:
- Practical experience with sail and power boats, preferably with a background in maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT and highly organized.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset, valuing collaboration with colleagues.
- Possession of personal transportation.
For candidates lacking formal qualifications, we are open to providing RYA yacht or power training as part of the employment package.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Location: Flexible, with occasional travel requirements.
