Primary Responsibilities:
The main duty of the instructor is to effectively execute and document the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process, which encompasses the following tasks:
• Analyze Training Material: Review and assess subject content for both new and updated training programs.
• Design Training Framework: Utilize the design process to establish Job Performance Measures (JPMs), set training environments, sequence training goals, and identify assessment items based on the objectives.
• Lesson Development: Create instructional materials for both classroom and laboratory environments, including JPM performance assessments and evaluation questions.
• Training Implementation: Deliver the developed training by preparing to present the content and ensuring that instructional facilities and resources are adequately equipped to provide a high-quality learning experience.
• Training Evaluation: Assess the training process through data collection, including test outcomes, participant feedback, and post-training performance evaluations.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Nuclear Training Accreditation.
Desired Qualifications:
• INPO instructor certification
• Experience in adult education with a proven track record in instructional design
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Strong presentation capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with word processing software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
