Are you passionate about sharing your love of skiing and snowboarding with others? Do you have a knack for teaching and inspiring others to reach their full potential? We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as ski and snowboard instructors at Kirkwood Mountain Resort.

About the Role:

As a ski or snowboard instructor, you'll have the opportunity to work with guests of all ages and skill levels, teaching them the skills and techniques they need to enjoy the mountain. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, creating a safe and fun learning environment, and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Work with guests to identify their learning goals and develop a personalized lesson plan
  • Deliver instruction in a safe and fun environment, using a variety of teaching methods and techniques
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other instructors and resort staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing or snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
