The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our daily operations. With our services currently spanning 26 states and ongoing growth, this position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development.

Available Part-Time Shifts:

  • Monday and Thursday: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Opportunity to cover additional shifts during staff vacations.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee route drivers operating nationwide, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Utilize our logistics software to electronically transfer routes to drivers' smartphones.
  • Audit photographs submitted by Field Representatives to verify adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform data entry tasks within our logistics software.
  • Provide support to Field Representatives by addressing inquiries and concerns during their routes.
  • Maintain communication with Field Representatives and collaborate with management and logistics teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, dispatch, or scheduling is preferred.
  • Administrative skills are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software systems.
  • Must pass background and driving checks.
