We are seeking a highly skilled Master Plumber to join our team at GPAC. As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install pipes and fixtures; assemble fittings and valves; and modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for installations and services.
- Inspections and Quality Control: Perform inspections of plumbing systems to ensure quality control, adherence to all relevant codes, and to identify and replace any worn or damaged parts.
- Drainage and Plumbing Systems: Inspect drainage and other plumbing systems to ensure compliance with building code.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current and valid Journeyman (or Master) Plumbing License in relevant state.
- Technical Experience: Previous technical and trade experience (5+ years).
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems, as well as construction industry safety standards and procedures.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal competence on a technical level.
- Problem-Solving and Time Management: Excellent troubleshooting and time-management skills.
- Computer and Smartphone Competency: Basic computer and smartphone competency.
