Maintenance Director

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment productivity.
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance maintenance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
- 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
