Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse who can provide direct care to trauma patients and lead our team with expertise and confidence. As an RN Trauma Lead, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans, as well as coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

  • You will assess and evaluate incoming trauma patients, developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and concerns.
  • You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, mentoring and guiding other nurses to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice (Compact/Multi-State RN license accepted).
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 30 days of hire (TNCC Certification required within 6 months).
  • A degree from an accredited school of Nursing (Associate's Degree or higher; BSN or MSN preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in direct trauma resuscitation nursing care delivery.
