ResponsibilitiesAs an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of intra-operative patients. You will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Florida Registered Nurse license
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
