We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Leviton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, primarily through phone and email interactions.

You will work closely with our Electrical Distribution (ED) salesforce to execute deals, manage internal pricing processes, and provide account inquiries and communications in a team sales approach. You will also be responsible for assisting with pricing and rebate agreements, generating project-based price quotations, and supporting ED salesforce with communications activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form, and strong ability to build relationships. You should also have demonstrated success in prior sales support roles and be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI reporting.

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, 401K plans with employer-matching contributions, tuition reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and volunteer time off.
