Role Description

Join our award-winning team at Amplify HR Management in Northbrook, IL, as a Business Development Representative and play a pivotal role in shaping our continued growth. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead inside sales efforts, generate and nurture leads, and craft impactful communication strategies to expand our business footprint. Qualifications

·      At least 2 years of experience in a B2B or similar business development role.

·      Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales techniques.

·      Proven Lead Generation abilities.

·      Strong Communication and presentation skills.

·      Demonstrated Business Development experience.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

·      A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment.

·      Knowledge of HR practices and industry trends is a plus.

·      Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and auto dialers to optimize sales efficiency.
