Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that our agency maintains a high standard of care by recruiting and managing qualified personnel.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the agency manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with the established care plan for each client.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the client's care, including family members and community partners.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's care plan or condition.
  • Conduct home assessments and safety evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for agency billing purposes.
  • Oversee the recruitment, screening, and selection of direct care staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for client visits.
  • Provide training and support to Direct Care Staff to uphold quality care standards.
  • Evaluate staff performance and conduct performance reviews and necessary corrective actions.
  • Support HR functions related to employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Review and process employment applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS.
  • Prepare and process Personnel Action Forms for assigned service sites.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications

  • Experience in providing services to elderly or disabled individuals is preferred.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Nursing, Social Services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in community service or staffing roles.
  • Proficient in general office tasks and computer skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Experience in public interactions, presenting a professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of labor standards, data entry, and compliance reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region.

Compensation
