About the Role: We are seeking passionate individuals to join our sales team as a Lucky Footwear Specialist. This role involves providing warm welcomes, engaging conversations, and exceeding customer expectations by achieving minimum sales goals and adhering to our selling standards. A deep passion for our products, including top brands like Brooks, Birkenstock, New Balance, Hoka, Dansko, and many more, is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer care by treating co-workers, customers, and business partners with respect and kindness.
  2. Display a genuine interest in learning about our products and services, using this knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets while consistently following our selling standards.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.

What We Offer: As a Lucky Footwear Specialist, you can expect a competitive hourly wage plus generous commissions on your sales. Earn an Estimated $40,000 - $60,000 Annually, depending on your sales performance and experience.
