Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that are both creative and commercially viable
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure excellent food quality and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our culinary offerings
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High-volume kitchen leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, vendors, and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Compensation and Benefits
  • A salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
