Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our Concrete Division projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of concrete, masonry, and asphalt sealing and striping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and timelines.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or unforeseen delays.
  • Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Lead and manage a team of field workers, providing clear instructions and guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan for upcoming tasks.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure any deficiencies are corrected before project completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Approve expenditures and manage financial resources efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular budget reports to senior management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations.
  • Conduct safety meetings and training to promote a culture of safety on site.
  • Respond to and investigate any safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing concrete and masonry construction projects.
  • Proven experience in managing concrete, masonry, and asphalt sealing and striping projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
