Job Description:

Carell USA is seeking a skilled and motivated Damper Assembler I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a wide range of louvered and damper products according to specifications.

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of assembly experience and the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, work instructions, and memos. They will also be able to effectively communicate information in a one-on-one and in a team environment.

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to inspect materials according to quality standards. They will also be physically capable of standing for 8+ hours a day and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
