Job Summary

The Nashua School District is seeking a highly qualified Baseball Coach to lead our youth baseball program. As a key member of our athletic team, you will be responsible for organizing and leading practices and games, developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching plan, and ensuring the academic progress of student athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a coaching plan that aligns with the Nashua School District's athletic program goals and objectives.
  • Organize and lead practices and games, ensuring a safe and positive experience for all student athletes.
  • Monitor and report on the academic progress of student athletes, working closely with teachers and administrators to ensure their academic success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities, providing guidance and support to student athletes in their college recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and athletic staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Perform other related duties as designated by the Athletic Director.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in baseball coaching and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and administrators.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
