- Accurately and efficiently process banking transactions, including cash supply management and vault maintenance
- Comply with bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures
- Effectively manage client needs and concerns, escalating when necessary
- Maintain working knowledge of client accounts and available products/services
- Evaluate risks when making business decisions
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Leadership skills
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Collaborative teamwork ability
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
