We are looking for a highly skilled heating and cooling technician to join our team at JB Heating and Air Conditioning LLC.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $100,000, with the possibility of a yearly bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

Key Responsibilities

As a heating and cooling technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing installation requirements for various HVAC equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with installation specifications and regulations.
  • Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule installations and ensure timely completion.
  • Supervising installation teams and ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
  • Installing, assembling, and testing HVAC equipment according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or complications that arise during the installation process.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A clean background check.
  • Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail.
