About the Role
This Maintenance Specialist position at Johanna Foods, Inc. offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for observing equipment and machinery to assess problems and malfunctions, troubleshooting/analyzing issues to ensure proper operation, performing routine tests for boiler, cooling waters, and fire systems, and performing scheduled and emergency repairs on all equipment and building structures. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We also provide training opportunities to obtain licenses and certifications required for the role.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School diploma or equivalent, previous experience as a maintenance mechanic in a food processing/packaging facility or general plant, and a Black Seal Boiler License and/or Blue Seal Refrigeration License. You will also need excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong attention to detail.
