To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid CDL-A with tankers and hazmat endorsements, as well as a TWIC card. Additionally, you must have at least one year of tractor-trailer experience within the last three years or one year of tanker experience within the last ten years.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Class A CDL OTR driver with Quality Carriers, you can expect a competitive weekly average gross of $1,800. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including paid orientation and on-the-job training, insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Run Details:

As an OTR driver with Quality Carriers, you will be responsible for running all 48 states, with typical routes lasting 7-10 days at a time. You will be home for three days at a time, allowing you to rest and recharge before hitting the road again.

Additional Perks:

We offer a range of additional perks to our drivers, including a $3,000 driver referral bonus program, paid orientation and on-the-job training, and Epic View satellite TV in all trucks. We also offer an employee assistance program and paid time off, including up to three weeks per year after your first year with the company.
