Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified CDL Class A driver to join our team at Hill Brothers Transportation. As a dedicated driver, you will be responsible for safely operating and driving a sleeper birth truck on a regional route. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL - Class A), 6 months + trucking school experience or 1 year OTR experience, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

* Safely operate and drive a sleeper birth truck on a regional route * Follow all Federal, State and Local laws * Maintain a clean and safe driving record * Meet or exceed company safety standards * Participate in regular driver safety training and coaching * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck * Load and unload cargo as needed * Maintain accurate records of hours worked and miles driven * Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members * Participate in regular driver meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

* Valid commercial driver's license (CDL - Class A) * 6 months + trucking school experience or 1 year OTR experience * Clean driving record * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to lift and move cargo as needed * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
