Job Overview
Texas Wood Supply is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, negotiate deals, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue them proactively
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Basic computer and math skills required
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
