Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret assembly procedures, drawings, and part lists to assemble products according to Best Manufacturing Practices.
- Use electronic measurement devices, manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools to build and test products.
- Ensure quality control by properly using tools and fixtures to prevent damage or scrap of parts and production downtime.
- Meet established quality guidelines and complete assigned jobs within budget.
- Ability to wire bond and solder.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in basic electro-mechanical assembly.
- Manual dexterity and ability to sit at a workstation or microscope for shift duration.
Work Environment: Manufacturing Floor Based.
