Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret assembly procedures, drawings, and part lists to assemble products according to Best Manufacturing Practices.
  • Use electronic measurement devices, manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools to build and test products.
  • Ensure quality control by properly using tools and fixtures to prevent damage or scrap of parts and production downtime.
  • Meet established quality guidelines and complete assigned jobs within budget.
  • Ability to wire bond and solder.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from documented specification drawings and established procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in basic electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to sit at a workstation or microscope for shift duration.

Work Environment: Manufacturing Floor Based.
