Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at HonorVet Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing components into finished products by following established procedures and protocols.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture and assemble commercial products, with a focus on flowthrough cassette component preparation
  • Operate automation equipment to perform raw material processing and production operations
  • Identify and report equipment and facility issues to the supervisor for resolution
  • Comply with safety requirements, cGMP, SOP, and manufacturing documentation
  • Prepare, fill, label, and package solutions for production and distribution
  • Execute critical and routine production operations, including record-keeping and inventory management
  • Clean production equipment and work areas
  • Assist management in verification and validation of manufacturing equipment and implementation of production processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field, or equivalent experience in GMP-related industry
  • Excellent computer, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Lean six sigma knowledge a plus
  • Must have qualifications: BS Biology, Microbiology, or Molecular, or candidate with minimum HS Diploma/Equivalent with 5+ years of laboratory experience in the Biotech/biopharma industry
  • Proven experience with lab equipment, pipetting, spectrometers, and basic-to-high level of experience using basic lab equipment
  • Ability to travel to new locations as required
Day-to-Day:

Our manufacturing team consists of four teams: PCR, Veriflow cassette assembly, Buffer, and Components. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Components team, responsible for upstream preparation, conjugations, control testing, drying process, QC process, and liquid raw to dried cut ready to go pads.
