Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school-age students in a dynamic school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, collaborating with educators and parents to develop individualized plans, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with communication disorders, including speech, language, and cognitive impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and parents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Provide training and support to educators on communication strategies and techniques
- Conduct progress monitoring and evaluation to inform treatment decisions
- Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active or pending MN SLP license
- ASHA certification or Clinical Fellows (CFY) status
- Previous pediatric or school experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
