Job Description

Overview

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and Treat Patients
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Develop and Implement Therapy Plans
    • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document Patient Progress
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Stay Current with Industry Developments
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
    • Apply knowledge and skills to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of speech-language pathology

Requirements

  • Education
    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
