Mailroom Coordinator

Job Summary

The American Automobile Association is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join our team. As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence to various departments and teams within the organization.
• Operate office equipment, including desktop computers, calculators, and other machinery.
• Resolve complex issues with external vendors, internal customers, and employees with minimal supervision.
• Drive a company vehicle to transport mail and packages to and from the post office.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds with assistance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
