Job Summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement site-level safety programs, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by employees.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate the maintenance team to achieve exceptional results, driving housekeeping standards and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and communicate site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives, working with the team to ensure understanding and effective implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Employee Development and Performance Management: Manage employee performance, provide development opportunities, and mentor/coach employees regarding career planning, training, and skills development.
  • Business Results and Continuous Improvement: Lead and ensure the Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded, driving business results and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software, and foundational business acumen.
