Job Summary

CORPORATE CHAPLAINS OF AMERICA is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain to join our team. As a Chaplain, you will provide spiritual care and support to employees in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-call support to assigned employees and owners.
  • Build and maintain clear two-way communication and trust throughout CCA and with companies served.
  • Display and promote a team player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers.
  • Comply with requests and direction from senior CCA leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of full-time secular workplace experience.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from an accredited college or university, Master of Divinity (preferred).
  • Required technology skills include ability to use a computer and software (such as Word & Excel), Internet, and cell phone.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Denominational Ordination (optional)
  • Appropriate State Driver's License
