Geospatial Leadership Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Survey Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our organization, this individual will play a critical role in leading survey projects, managing personnel, and driving business growth.
The Survey Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating survey operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, technicians, and field operations. They will also develop efficient and customized solutions for clients, manage master contracts, prepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with scope and timely completion.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in survey management, business development, and personnel management. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to think critically and drive results-oriented solutions. A bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field is required, along with at least 15 years of experience in survey management and business development, and SC PLS certification (or the ability to obtain within one year).
