Job Summary

Country Bank for Savings is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Build and deepen customer relationships through active listening and engagement.
  • Meet sales goals and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Process financial transactions, open new accounts, and manage account servicing requests.
  • Originate and close home equity lines of credit and consumer loans.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Working Conditions

This position is in an office environment with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting and looking at a computer screen with freedom of movement on a regular basis is expected.
