About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Center Specialist to join our team at Country Bank for Savings. As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build and expand relationships with our customers by actively listening to their financial needs and goals, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Manage various account maintenance and servicing requests, including opening new accounts, accepting loan applications, and troubleshooting.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately operate a cashbox, cash recycler, and vaults, and maintain an excellent balancing record.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the banking and/or finance industry.
  • Skills: Strong customer service and sales skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Working Conditions:

This position is in an office environment, with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting and looking at a computer screen with freedom of movement on a regular basis is expected.
